Theresa Beran Kulat
Of Counsel | Consulting Attorney | Mediator
divorce process as efficiently as possible with as little pain as possible. At STG Divorce Law, she serves as a consulting attorney in an of counsel capacity. She meets with smart, successful people as they consider beginning a divorce process, helping them to weigh the pros and cons of various courses of action. Her work in the consultation phase focuses on listening to a person’s needs and concerns, helping them understand the interplay between competing forces - financial stakes, parenting considerations, legal landscape, and the process choices in front of them. She helps people understand their options at the outset of a divorce: what to expect, where the real risks sit, and which process (litigation, mediation, Collaborative, or negotiated resolution) fits their family and their finances.
