Tamara Jaggers has dedicated her entire legal career to assisting high net-worth professionals, individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds, and their spouses in navigating complex family law matters. She prioritizes her clients’ specific concerns, ensuring they are meticulously considered and addressed while formulating a plan for their financial futures.

Working closely with clients to identify and prioritize their financial and parenting issues, Tamara views each case as a unique opportunity for growth and understanding.

Recognizing that each client has varying needs, goals, and priorities, she firmly believes in placing the best interests of any involved children above all else.

Background

While a proficient litigator, Tamara prefers to resolve cases outside the courtroom when feasible. This approach allows clients to actively participate in and influence their own settlements through mediation or other alternative dispute methods. Her extensive training in mediation and the collaborative model help resolve even the most challenging issues, often during litigation.

With extensive experience in addressing and demystifying executive compensation benefits and contracts, Tamara is also adept at handling valuations and cash flow issues of closely held businesses. She takes pride in assisting clients in developing and assessing their financial positions by transforming complex financial data into realistic models. This process enables clients to evaluate their options comprehensively and make informed decisions about their futures.

Before attending law school, Tamara served as the Director of Special Events for a radio station group in Indianapolis, Indiana, and later worked as an assistant publicist at a Los Angeles entertainment public relations firm. Initially drawn to the legal field with an intention to work in entertainment law, she found that her background and skills were better suited to aiding individuals during extraordinarily difficult times in their lives.
